認知バイアスの神経生物学的機序

人の認知処理上にはさまざまなゆがみや偏りが生じ得ます。たとえば、不安や抑うつを抱えやすい人は、ポジティブないしニュートラルな情報は度外視し、ネガティブな情報に対して過度に注意を向けやすい傾向(「注意バイアス」)や、ネガティブな情報をよく覚えて後から思い出しやすい傾向(「記憶バイアス」)を示すことが知られています。しかし、その神経生物学的発生機序は未だ明らかではありません。私たちは、主に「注意バイアス」と「記憶バイアス」に着目して、これらが脳内でどのように生じるかについて検証しています。

認知バイアス緩和治療法の効果評価

上述の認知バイアスを緩和させることでストレス関連精神症状(うつや不安)の改善を図る心理介入アプローチの有効性を評価しています。また、その神経作用機序についても検証しています。
